RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER has the right to withdraw by refusing the goods within 30 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself or the person/organization at the address indicated. The product price is returned to the BUYER within 10 days from the date on which the consumer’s notification of withdrawal is received by the SELLER. (See Regulation on Distance Contracts, article 9/2).
We undertake that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods or services within 30 days (thirty days) from the date of receipt of the goods or the signing of the contract without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, and to take back the goods from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the SELLER or the provider.
In accordance with the general communiqué of the tax procedure law numbered 395, the relevant sections in the return form we will send to you must be filled in completely and returned to us together with the product after it has been signed.
The right of return cannot be used for products that have been deliberately damaged or deformed.
Return Procedure:
By requesting bank account information from the consumer, it will be made in the form of money transfer or EFT to the account specified by the Consumer (the account must be in the name of the person at the billing address or in the name of the user member).
